MICRO CANDIDE IS AN ONLINE SHOP OF BOOKS, FANZINES, POSTERS AND OTHER 💎💎💎 SELF-PUBLISHED OR PUBLISHED BY SMALL INDEPENDENT STRUCTURES.

New arrivals and old collections coexist on this new platform, with diverse and varied contents, in order to promote the local and international production of artists by an alternative way to the classic bookshop network.

Since the reopening and expansion of the bookstore in 2010, an "artist's book" section has appeared on the first floor of the bookstore, at the initiative of Anastasia. Over the years, it has expanded with many references, and continued through the passionate work of Juliette Romero, over the fairs she visited, and created events (Salon Mirage and Nazcas fairs in Brussels) and deposits directly in the bookstore.

Today, a small bookstore shelf is no longer enough to showcase all of this collection. We wanted to share its contents outside the walls, and to highlight the work of our former colleagues. So we came up with the idea of selling these books on the Internet, while maintaining our physical bookstore section: this is how Micro Candide was born!
